Sandra D. Oltz, 63, of Panama City went to be with the Lord, Friday, August 9, 2019. She was born November 6, 1955 in Panama City, Florida.

Sandy was a graduate of Bay High School. At age 16, she went to work at Bay Medical Center and worked there her entire life until her retirement in 2018. She loved to plant flowers and loved watching her children and grandchildren play sports. Sandy was a sweet soul!

She was preceded in death by her parents, Olin and Florence Pritchard; great-grandmother, Roberta Pritchard; husband of 35 years, Fred Oltz; and son, Russell Oltz.

Those left to cherish Sandy's memory include her daughter, Jessy Campbell; three grandchildren, Landyn Adamcryk, Tanner Campbell, and Allison Hurst; sister, Karen Rollins; two nephews, Bo Rollins and Adam Rollins; and many children she raised as her own.

The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Heritage Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Hankins officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
