Carlo was a good friend in high school and later he became my step-brother when his dad married my mom.  I can't say enough about what a wonderful man Carlo was .... always willing to offer a hand to someone in need of help and he dearly loved his daughter.  Carlo fought a long hard battle with cancer and he will be missed by many.

Carlo A. Price passed away on April 19, 2013 at his home after a long illness, at the age of 57.

Carlo was born in Des Moines, Iowa, but Panama City was home for the majority of his life. He graduated from Bay High School in 1973. Carlo was an expert mechanic, working on aircraft, automobiles, and even boat engines. Later in his career, he was a longtime property maintenance employee at Royal American. The light of Carlo's life was his daughter, Serena. Carlo was a kind, loving brother, uncle and father, and he truly valued his many close friends throughout his life. Carlo was taken from us way too early, and he will be sorely missed. Carlo was preceded in death by his father, Leo Price, and his mother Marisa Price Chastain.

He is survived by his daughter, Serena, brothers Mario and Roberto Price, sister Mary Rogers, and sister Nancy O'Loan. We appreciate the recent thoughtful care of the Emerald Coast Hospice nurses and social worker, Kaye Lanford, and the long term love and care given by his brother Mario and stepmother Rosemarie Price.

I'm very sad to learn of Carlo's untimely death.  We had recently found each other on Facebook and had been remembering great times together growing up via E-mail.   He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.   My heart goes out to his daughter and to the rest of his family.  I'm truly sorry for your loss.
