Mrs. Doris A. Cardenaz, 51, of Panama City Beach, Fla., passed away Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006, at a local nursing facility. Mrs. Cardenaz is a member of the First Assembly of God in Panama City, Fla. She was a life-long resident of the local area. Mrs. Cardenaz is survived by her husband of five years, George Cardenaz of Panama City Beach; daughter, Sara Waters and her fiancé, David Adkins; father, Billy Kearns; sister, Kathy Strickland and husband, Ricky; brother, Billy Kearns Jr.; niece, Natalie Strickland; and nephew, Trevor Strickland. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2006, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with Pastor Phil Edwards officiating. Interment will follow.
