Joseph "Joe" W. Jordan, 58, a longtime resident of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, at his home. Joe retired from Civil Service at the Naval Coastal Systems Center with over 30 years of service. He served on the USS Tattnall while in the United States Navy. A 1973 graduate of Bay High School, Joe was a devoted, loving father. He always put his children before anything else. He loved fishing and diving and professionally competed in Motocross in his younger years. Joe was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Doris Jordan. He is survived by his two children, Joseph Houston Jordan and Charles Berkley Jordan; two sisters, Carol Justice (Don) and Jan Allen (Mike); two nieces, Amy Byrne (John) and Stacy Faison (Jim); and one nephew, John Allen (Courtney).
